My eye specialist recommended that I come here because of my visual impairment. I should of went sooner when it was Parker Ford McKay as I seen in another review they really went downhill. First I seen Dr Holly whenever I would talk she was like ya ya not caring.Then I seen eye specialist Dr Murray for dark prescription sunglasses.He picked out a really ugly pair and said style doesn’t matter,it doesn’t matter what I like. I went here in June and it took months to get my sunglasses which were not dark enough.My kiosk sunglasses were way darker.They said that they would get me dark sunglasses for my visual impairment.

Unfortunately, after being a client of Parker Ford McKay for 20+ years, I can say that from my experience the customer service and level of expertise is now very much lacking as Alberta Sports Vision Institute. After reporting that I was unsatisfied with the prescription that was newly prescribed, I was informed I could pay for another exam, and pay for another set of contacts. In essence they washed their hands of any responsibility. After going to Iconic Eye care in Windermere, Dr. Ambrosio did a full and complete assessment and low and behold, I have an entirely different prescription that includes multi focal lenses. He was very thorough and over a period of a couple of weeks, accommodating my schedule, tried various combinations to get the right fit for me. Great skills, great customer service, and now I have brought my kids to him as well. Maybe we will be with Guy for 20 years....
