They understand how the law works in theory, but not in practice. We came to them in a time when our family was vulnerable and needed help. The information they provided us was incomplete and led to many problems. When I tried to explain to them how it hurt us, rather than being open to listening and learning, they insisted what they did was correct. Indeed, they were correct from a legal perspective, but from the point of view of helping people understand the legalities of a tough situation, they fell drastically short. A disappointment for sure.

My son has already left a review here, but our experience was so frustrating and painful, I just wanted to say my piece as well. Not so much out of anger, but to save others the hassle of what we went through. We asked them to draw up Power of Attorney documents, which they did without a hitch. But anyone can print a paper and get it signed. The real value of hiring a lawyer is for them to explain to us how this document works in practice. The advice they gave was insufficient and misleading and caused us much grief and headaches. I suggest seeking out a better attorney, one with more practical experience.

Please go elsewhere. Charged more than 15% extra of our original quote. Very shady for a business practice that claims to have "more than 20 years of experience"
