Our experience with Mandeep was excellent. She took our file on last minute due to our previous notary not being able to prepare the bank mortgage documents. She worked late to ensure that our file was completed in time and provided us with the information required as soon as we first spoke , so we would be ready for our appointment. I felt like I was a priority at her office, the staff knew about my file, and were very organized. She was easy to contact, very understanding, and easy to talk to. Her fees were reasonable for the last min rush file. She even completed the file before lunch on completion day.
