I went to Adele last week and didn't know her. A friend recommended her and so I gave her a try. Honestly it was the best decision I have made when it came to someone who has notary/ Law background. I have had some terrible experiences in my past, but she explained everything to me in the simplest way possible about my rights as a landlord/ tenant. My mother was with me who had a hard time speaking/ understanding English and Adele made sure she understood everything and that we left the place satisfied. Before walking in to the Notary Public I had my guard up. But as soon as we sat down and started chatting away she made us feel at ease and did not rush us in any way possible. The most expensive certified true copy. $35 for the first and $10 for each additional. After I've made the above comment, the woman who attended me saw the comment and refused to give me the documents I've already paid. She has also refused to give me my copies back, or to give me new copies. I had to call the police. In the middle of the call another woman has convinced her to give my certified copies. She call me hilarious. I'm deeply angry. I've commented with a friend about what happened, and she told me that had problems with this notary too. I'll never come to this place. I've never called to this notary to ask how much they charge for their services. I've just make a research on internet. They can ask what they want for they services, and I can give my opinion as I wanted. However, they must not take my property for themselves, and that is a police case. How I make my reviews is my own business. As an individual and a costumer, I have my rights to express in my way. In Brazil the things are different as are different in any other country.
