These lawyers have advised landlords to take illegal actions that goes directly against tenency law on families looking for housing. Specifically trying to bully and scare tenants into signing out of a tenancy agreement and denying keys to a family after signing a legally binding contract based on false information and lies. The police demanded them to leave the property and the RTB confirmed this was an illegal action. Contracts including rental agreements start the day you sign them and must go through the RTB of there is any problems on both sides. They clearly either didn't know this or they just ignored it. I would recommend using a lawyer that has better standards.
