I like this laundry facility. The guy who works there is really nice .he's very kind to come and fix things or to correct stuff when your machine messes up the place is very clean it has Wi-Fi snoring in a good location in the Sault Sainte Marie area

Nice clean laundromat. Seemed pricey, but I am not from the area, so perhaps it's good for the area. If you are camping from out of town, then you can pop in your laundry, then head over to see some attractions in down-town Sault Ste. Marie.

Pretty expensive 35 quarters to wash a large load , 19 quarters to wash a smaller load , and 12 quarters to wash a regular load . Dryera are 25 cents a minute

The only downside is it's more expensive than others throughout the country. A 30 pound wash is $6.25. A "Triple load" is $4.75. BUT! The place is super clean, tons of machines (only 1 out of order!), machines operate by quarters and there are two change machines - both work!, free wi-fi, very nice customers (10 present at my visit), and incredibly convenient: literally 1 1/2 blocks from the Soo Locks and main tourism street (W Portage AVE) and free parking in 2 large lots around it.

No A/C, all machines way over priced as $6.50 for a washer, 4.5 minutes on the dryers for each quarter. One of my washers ran for 8 minutes with no water because the buttons don’t work. The “attendant” says well if the clothes aren’t clean enough when it stops he would redo them. Like I want to spend all night in a 90 degree laundromat because they don’t repair their machines Save yourself and your money go somewhere else.

Very clean, updated and well organized. Reasonably priced. Change machines on site. Top and front loading machines in all sizes, and efficient dryers (though, don't use anything less than the high setting if you don't want to be there all day). Bathroom is clean, free wi-fi. Great staff. Don't be afraid to ask them load amounts, general laundry or other related questions. Bill and the other guy are super helpful, will help you get things clean, and get the best bang for your buck. Parking lot small, but more room to the side. Used to be huge holes in it (hard winters, you know), but it was recently repaired (thank you), so no more auto worries when visiting. 5 stars. Great place. Thanks!

Came in around around 12:30 to pick up Laundrey after dropping it off Monday. Waited at desk for 15/20 minutes for attendant. No one came. Window was open, open sign was on. No attendant. From out of town so I don't know who works here other than Bill Rogers who must have been off today. Bill is always there and attentive. Great service from Bill. Don't know who was on duty today but they definitely dropped the ball service wise. I looked around and could find no one but a couple ladies doing their laundry. I didn''t want to enter into office to get my Laundry bag which was sitting on the shelf, so decided to leave and come back later. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went and started a load of laundry and washer was starting to fill up. I ran out to the car and it stopped and wanted me to put more money in and restart. Not the first time this has happened on multiple other machines. I will never go here again.

Clean and well staffed. Friendly service and full vending machines. Prices aren't to bad. One complaint is the dryers just don't seem to dry as quickly as other laundry mats I've been too. So I seem to pay more in drying.

Used the drop off service..HORRIBLE!!! Cost us 50.00!!! The laundry was basically washed...but not sorted. Many items ruined! Also missing items and were given some items that weren't even ours. Oh yes....they didn't even fold the laundry!!! They rolled it up or balled it up and shoved it in a bag! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Lots of washers and dryers. Washers are front-load (single-, double- or triple-load). Only need quarters for both washers and dryers. Nice, clean bathroom. Can drop off and have your laundry washed, dried, and folded. Plenty of chairs while you wait. Change machines on site. Can purchase (vending) laundry soap, dryer sheets, snacks, and pop. Need to wear a face mask because of Covid-19. Current wash prices start at $3 for a single load up to $4.75 for a triple load. Dryers are 25¢ for 20 minutes. Seems to be under strong and responsive management!
