Wow. Fast, friendly, helpful. I walked in with a grocery bag of items to mail. Within 10 minutes-even with a line- my items were carefully packaged, weighed, and stamped to leave the same day. These folks do an EXCELLENT job!

I'm a Canadian with a mailbox at Paknship that I've maintained for about 20 years now. In all that time I've always found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The mailbox helps me obtain many items via Ebay/Amazon/other sellers that can't be easily obtained in Canada and also saves me a bit on some magazine subscriptions; Worth the yearly box rental fee. During the Covid border closure this past year, it's a bit harder to get packages, but luckily I have a neighbour that is an essential worker that is able to drop in and pick stuff up about once a month.

The Pak N' Ship Xpress in Soo Sainte Marie (49783) is a blessing. Open great hours, friendly people, repeat customers keep frequent addresses on file. A great place for shipping/receiving options.

Great service and all but only thing that brings it down a star is having dogs run around the building. I wouldn't mind if they stayed in back behind the counter but they wander all over it's unprofessional really.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service at Pak n Ship Xpress in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. I ship my packages there and they hold them for me until it is convenient for me to come pick them up. They are always friendly, nice, and understanding. The staff is also very helpful and savvy with technology. They always seem to figure out whatever difficulty that I seem to have. I definitely would trust Pak n Ship with any shipping, packing, mailing, or office need that I have! I give them an A+++!!!

The people who work here are totally helpful. I had to send an important document to someone in Costa Rica & it needed to get there quickly. John showed me all of the options & walked me through every step of the way. He also made himself available when I had questions about tracking. I just cannot say enough about how helpful he was when I was feeling stressed about this document. Once the package made it to Costa Rica (in just 2days) there were a few delays because the mail system there isn’t like ours. So I called the store & received good advice again, this time from Brian. Oh, I can’t forget Wilson - he’s the friendly pup who’s willing to greet everyone who comes through the door. If you’re stressed Wilson really helps you smile! The vibe in this business is professional AND friendly! I appreciate the whole experience.

Worst shipping business. I had Christmas gifts shipped to Pak N Ship and they were closed at 11:00 am in Dec. 22nd to accept deliveries. They were also closed on Dec. 26th at 11:00 am when I went to pick the items up. Their website and sign in front of store both said they were to be open. Ship to a reliable business and avoid Pak N Ship.

We have used this company for shipping and receiving for many years. They give excellent service, have fair prices and offer a wide variety of services. They work with all the carriers - UPS, Fed Ex and US Mail so they can pretty much handle whatever you need. Also, they have copier and computer services available. Definitely worth checking out !
