Was arrested because tribal prosecutor (on record) said he assumed it. Even though I provided 3 separate kinds of proof of my whereabouts and innocents. Thankfully the Judge dismissed the case as soon as she seen it. However it still cost me thousands of dollars in jail fees, bail, and lawyer fees. The guilty party was never punished for something only they where in a physically position to do.
