Most of the time this place is fantastic. But every time I have a very simple question, I call the receptionist and she acts like I'm some invalid who doesn't know anything, it's rude and degrading. I should be able to ask a simple, straightforward question and have a answer that isn't rude, condescending answer. Not impressed in the least.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but in this case I have to. I am so appalled by the way I have been treated by the owner, Shawn Wasylenko. I never thought in this day and age that a man, an owner of a business, would be so condescending, disrespectful, arrogant and rude to a woman customer, or any customer for that matter. Instead of apologizing and taking some responsibility for an error made, he talked down to me, was intimidating and put the blame 100% on me. In addition, one day when I stopped by the Rayner office to see Shawn, during COVID and when restrictions were in place, I witnessed one of his employees having a conversation with an elderly man, talking no more than a foot apart, and neither were wearing masks. Clearly, at Rayner, acting in the best interest of the customer is not their priority, their priority is the bottom line. If you are looking for an insurance agency, I recommend you go else where unless you like to be treated unprofessional and like to receive poor service.

I've had no luck with this place and will never be back. In the past they were critical over a bill of sale that was accepted just fine at another motor license issuer. I made an appointment for a notary signing and they had me wait 30 minutes. They were dismissive and offered no explanation or apology when I asked if they knew how long I would be waiting. If you can't keep an appointment don't make it, you have to respect people's time.

I went here simply to plate a camper. After making a few trips to resolve a perceived issue with a bill of sale, I ended up having to call SGI to clear up the mess the clerk made. SGI had to spend hours figuring out what the issue was, and ultimately cleared everything up. Ultimately, she did nothing more than waste my time, and the time of SGI, Cherry Insurance, and countless people waiting in line behind me at Cherry Insurance.

I went in to renew my plates and was able to cancel plates when I was unable to use the plate..... So that process was good However, I feel that the prices were steep and that the line of credit that I received back was 2/3s of what I originally put in, and it was only 2 business days after buying the plate that I needed to cancel....... I know it was an unfortunate event on my end, but I feel if you only use a plate for 2 days, I should have gotten back 5/6 of the credit back

Basically an SGI issue the clueless Katty girl was challenging me? I gave an answer she gave a question. "Who told you? Where's your letter? Who is they?" Like seriously after a few choice words to her and me leaving her acting so innocent!!! And me putting this on social media and cancelling any insurance I have with them!! I phoned SGI with the problem, SGI said I was right and if she had done her job properly and read the notes on my file! A simple already paid picture would have been easy 1,2,3 for an SGI ID card! if she had looked past the fact I was Native!! FYI darling I have a business degree!! A very good job and don't need this insurance!! Thanks social media!!!

We are lucky enough to have Elaine Pegg as our broker. You will not understand what you are missing until you have to make a claim, and that is where she goes above and beyond for you- we have unfortunately had to make a few big claims with our cabin and boat- and she made this process a lot easier then it could have been. She also makes sure that you get the best deal for any of your insurance, clients come first and she does not get you to over pay for anything. She will follow up with you every year to make sure your insurance properly covers all your needs. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the insurance industry are unparalleled.
