Very poor service. We took all our papers and receipts in so we could get the max tax breaks possible. The last man didn't even look at them...just rushed up a return as we sat there. We insisted we couldn't owe what he was claiming we did but he insisted he was correct. SURE ENOUGH. HAD OUR FORMS REVIEWED AND HE MISSED LOADS OF DEDUCTIONS WE WERE ENTITLED TO. Called him back, he didn't care. So I would never use this service again. He would have had us paying $4,673.34 when in reality we owed under $1000. VERY SHODDY WORK! JUST RUSHED AND DIDN'T CARE! CALLING ME A LIAR DOESN'T HELP YOUR CASE. YOU DID NOT ASK MY NAME SINCE THE COMPANY IS UNDER MY BROTHER IN LAWS NAME. YOU BARELY ACKNOWLEGED ME BUT ITS ME WHO PUT THE MONEY UP AND YOU KNOW THAT I AM SURE.

We have been getting our taxes prepared here for that last 7 or so years and can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Not only are they fast and efficient, but they always find us the best refund possible! They offer cash back should you want that option as well. All the staff are knowledgable and always have a smile on their faces even during the crazy busy tax season! I refer all my friends to them and no one I know has ever been unsatisfied. Tuesday sept 8th Called CRA about my change of address and was yelled at over phone for not having my 2018 tax assessment (was calling due to that also) and called this company, not only did they update my address but I left with $1,600 in tax cash along with getting my gst mailed for October 5th, fast service and very helpful, now have access into my CRA account and got my taxes all updated

I’ve always gone to those “mass producing” income tax agencies and wanted something different this year. I found J & T, and who knew it would be so affordable to be treated with such dignity and respect. They were so professional and really efficient, making every effort to accommodate my schedule and needs. I walked out of there in a half hour with a tax return cheque in hand. Never again will I go to a Mall to get my taxes done!

Great service from their whole team (including front office) for over 10 years to my family!! We are very pleased with how professional, polite, and efficient our taxes have been filed. With so many people over the years getting all these different types of programs to try to file their own taxes to save money (or to get a family member or friend to file), there is a higher risk of a number being placed in the wrong line on the form, and it can make a big mess of things. J & T Income Tax have always done our taxes correctly (sometimes we get a credit, sometimes we don't. But if the filing is done correctly, it should minimize messes/complications for the following years). Thank-you, J & T Income Tax Service, for your services, your knowledge, and support over the years. You are all doing a great job!!

Jason has always been absolutely amazing , I have been getting my taxes done here since 2008 and have never had any complaints, in fact they found a mistake on my past return (prior to going through them) and had a rebate of 2500.00 from 2007... It’s always clean there, coffee is always on, and the wait times during peak season is still very fast considering all the work that they do :) Some years I only have one t4, and some years I have 2 or 3 and it still minimal wait times on cash back returns :)

Worst tax return I've ever had. Gave me no info or advice. Missed a huge opportunity to save thousands of dollars. Would never make the mistake of going to J and T again. Their clientele seemed rather destitute and in need of a cash advance- which I believe is their main source of revenue. J and T could stand for Just and Terrible. If you want to flush your money down the toilet then I'd recommend you go there. What a waste...they were quite friendly though

What can a guy say, the service was Excellent and Jason went above and beyond to help out with some T??'s that I had not received. Take everything in and they do their magic and You can walk out with Your refund within a couple hours. Both my son and myself deal there and I will be needing a Notary Public soon and they do that as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I mean if they can figure out all the stuff for this trucker, pretty sure they breeze through everything.
