I can't say enough good things about the service here. Molly (and Paul) went out of her way to help me out when trying to arrange a delivery to Courtright this week. It is the first time I have used their service as I was calling from out of town. She told me they have 30 drivers on the road. Thanks also to whoever the delivery person was for the personal service. I highly recommend 'On The Dot'.

I have used On the Dot to pickup and deliver items to family for birthdays. I live in a different province and having the services of On The Dot has been so helpful in getting the gifts to family when I can't be there. On the Dot is always friendly and helpful in ensuring they fulfill my requests. They are reliable, flexible and curtious. I definitely recommend On The Dot for your pickup and delivery needs.

It is not often that I have either the time or the need to take the time to write about a service and its employees. However, in this case, I will make an exception. I called On the Dot to have something delivered to a friend whose birthday was on that day that I called. I spoke with Paul. In dealing with Paul, nothing could have been easier. He assured me that the package would be delivered at the designated time (2:00 PM). The delivery person even called me to make sure of the address to which the package was to be delivered. My friend told me the package was delivered on time in a friendly and professional manner. “Easy-Peasy.” Thank you Paul and thank you, delivery person, for a job well done.

On the Dot was really helpful in helping me with a delivery for my mom's birthday. I was trying to have food and wine delivered. They offered to have the driver pick up the food from the restaurant and wine from the LCBO in the same trip. I ended up getting both the food and wine from the restaurant, delivered by On the Dot.
