AVOID - My transaction was a nightmare. The administrative team ignored my emails for weeks and then requested documents urgently two days before the transaction day. I requested a call with Mme. Truchon to address the situation and she asked me to call her on a specific date and time. I called and she did not pick up the phone! I asked for a new date and time and she never replied. Worst experience of my life with a professional. I read similar reviews on other websites.

Maitre Truchon and her entire staff is extremely unprofessional. We have been attempting to do a last Will search with them to start the process of my mother's estate, and they 1. forgot to process the request, 2. never return emails and phone calls 3. staff have zero clue on how to assist a client on the phone and never find solutions. If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I don't write many reviews, but this service has been astonishing to say the least and it needed to be documented. Go somewhere else for any Notary services.
