Vous comprendrez d'ailleurs que la logistique impliquant un déménagement avait aussi été organiser et payé. Je me questionne sur le réel choix que nous avions dans cette situation. Le droit à produire des actes notariés en ligne date d'avril 2020 et nous étions en mars 2021. Selon vous, très peu de notaire utilisait la signature électronique. C'est possible, je n'ai pas évalué, je déménageais 4 jours plus tard. Or, malgré tout, je ne me tiendrai pas responsable d'un manque de planification stratégique de la part de l'ensemble des notaires du Québec qui n'offraient pas les actes notariés en ligne 11 mois après l'annonce officielle donnant l'autorisation aux notaires d'en produire durant une pandémie mondiale. "L'accommodement" comme vous dites, je le vois plutôt dans l'urgence de réagir à l'improviste face à mon cas exceptionnel. Visiblement, vous n'étiez pas préparé à rencontrer ce genre de situation. Par contre, je reconnais que vous m'avez amené une solution. Une solution à 450$ qui nous a permis d'arriver à la conclusion de la transaction. Je crois que ce qui m'a dérangé, c'est que pendant une pandémie mondiale, avec l'accès à la première propriété difficile, en agissant en honnête citoyen en vous informant de ma situation de santé, JE me retrouve avec une facture supplémentaire et que NULLE PART j'étais en mesure d'évaluer la valeur du service même sur le site web de la Chambre Des Notaires Du Québec à cette période (il est actuellement inscrit). Je me suis senti au pied du mur, sans alternative et ça m'a causé un stresse supplémentaire. Mention spéciale du service reçu par les gens avec qui j'ai discuté dans votre administration. Les nombreuses confusions, les demandes en double, l'absence des informations et toutes les parties prenantes avaient l'air mêlées. C'était ma première expérience chez un notaire. Et j'ai trouvé ça difficile. Peut-être que la situation exceptionnelle vous a ébranlé? C'est possible. Mais moi j'ai payé l'entièreté des frais exigés malgré tout, soit près de 2000$ pour l'achat d'une maison et je n'ai pas apprécié mon expérience. Maintenant, c'est mon opinion. Libre à vous d'être en désaccord ou bien de faire une rétrospection de mes commentaires et d'accepter d'améliorer certains points. Cela étant dit, il y a certaine chose qui, je crois, est aussi de la responsabilité de la Chambre Des Notaires Du Québec. Je vais donc raviser ma note de 2 étoiles pour cette raison.
