Notary is professional and patient beyond what I’ve seen. He will explain explain the deed in several languages as needed! Never rushing the clients. I had a file where buyers speak Vietnamese and English only while sellers only speak French. The notary took time to explain everything 3 times in 3 different languages to make sure customers understand and are comfortable before signing. I definitely recommend him. As many other reviewers have mentioned, these guys are TERRIBLE at customer service. They NEVER called us back. We called their office and we were told the notary would call us back in the afternoon (we did not receive a call that day). We called them the day after when we were told the notary was busy with a training and would call us in the afternoon (and... we did not receive a call that day). We called again (for the 3rd day in a row) and a the receptionist literally shouted on the phone saying "he's busy"!

The communication was awful. Many messages and follow-ups to set up a simple meeting. Small things like having to bring two different IDs are never mentioned. No one ever answers the phone and they call you back at night. But the transaction did happen in the end.
