Had to do a condo sale with the notary Annabel Chung at this company because of the buyer's choice. Everything was fine at first for re-scheduling appointment and signing the paper work. However, I have been waited for almost two months now just to receive my deed of sale documents and statement of adjustment. Since I moved from Quebec to Ontario, it is not practical for me to visit the office again and pick up the certified copy myself. After waiting for a full month without getting anything. I had to call the notary since she's not responding to my email, and was only told the important documentation got mailed to the wrong address without an apology. Considering it is such an important document to have on hand after selling a property, it is unbelievable how this notary and the company is dealing with the situation by not responding to my emails without me spending my time calling her, and she might not even answer. Now I am still waiting my property sale document as of today, and getting more anxious everyday as I feel I cannot trust this notary with her "professionalism" and the service. In the meantime, I will try to find if there is anywhere I may file a complaint.

I contacted Les notaires Therrien & Touchette for an act of sale for a condo. I was a bit concerned when we weren't immediately given an appointment, but when an assistant called on a *sunday* to make the appointments, I learned they were simply doing their absolute best to keep up with demand.
