I called with an inquiry and the secretary or who ever answered the phone was not very polite at all... I had a couple of questions and she just hung up the phone. How is this Lawyer going to get new clients if the person who answers the phone and is the first contact with the clients does a poor job?

Called for an inquiry and the secretary does not give information when asking questions, and hangs up. Called again and hangs up. I don’t understand how people run their business with a secretary doesn’t answer the phone to do her job. Clearly don’t value you as a customer, only money grabbers.

Jolanta is not a great legal aid lawyer she is all about giving the wrong advice she has an assistant Amanda who refuses to let Jolanta be your lawyer. She only is for the wellbeing of the other party and doesn't care about you or your child's wellbeing think twice before getting Jolanta for a legal aid lawyer, she will lie to legal aid and tell them you argue with her and do not do what she wants. My child was being tormented daily by his bio mom calling fac's because his bio mom knew where we lived even had police at our house for a wellness check at 11 pm for no reason all because she wanted the child in her care. Not what was best for the child. I refused to give my new address to the defendant and she dropped me like a leaf. really not the greatest choice for a lawyer. think twice even Legal aid has had others complain about her as a lawyer. It was made very hard to obtain another lawyer and she bills legal aid for services not rendered.

If you need caring, understanding and actual professional service, this is not the place. There is a huge lack of communication between the Assistant and Jolanta and then I, as a client got questioned about it. Jolanta is extremely unprofessional and defensive without actually trying to understand what is that I need her help with. There are many other local lawyers that actually are professional and care about the needs of their clients.
