I had a meeting with it owner and inquired about his services. He told me that I required information and statements before he could help me. I was to gather everything I needed and get in touch with him. Once I did what he had asked, I repeatedly called him a total of over 15 times over two months. I left messages everytime on either his machine or with his secretary and not once did he return my calls. Finally they emailed me to say they decided to no longer handle cases like mine and gave me a name of a fellow paralegal who they say could help me. When I called her she said she has never done so and couldn't help. Very unprofessional company. Very unprofessional owner/ employees Very unprofessional paralegal office.

So unprofessional. Peter knew I had a 10 day time limit asked me to send him documents and then hasn't responded to my emails. The time has lapsed and I lost my case. Absolute joke, Peter you should be ashamed of yourself for treating clients this way.
