Do not get you taxes done here!! I went in for a consultation and filled out a intake form with my social insurance number. While waiting in their waiting area, two representatives came out and didn’t even introduce themselves and asked to see my tax documents in the waiting area where other customers and employees could hear all my sensitive information. I explained that I didn’t want to get my taxes done here as I felt like the whole place operated very unprofessionally as there was employee gossip amid other things I could hear while waiting. I told the receptionist to please shred my intake form with my signature and social insurance number and to not authorize T&R as my tax representative. Two days later I got an email from the CRA saying T&R went ahead and authorized themselves as my tax representative for whatever reason. I am extremely appalled by them going against what I asked for. Do not get your taxes done here, the whole place seemed very sketch and operated poorly. Plenty of other good tax accountants in St. Albert!

I would avoid this place if you value your time at all!!!! Not at all professional and makes excuses for their own mistakes! My significant other and I had an appointment booked for March 28th at 10 am. When I had booked it I got an original confirmation email that clearly stated the date and time, I also got a second email the day before as a reminder with the same date and time. I even emailed with a question to which the owner replied so they deffinitely knew when our appointment was! However, when we showed up to the appointment, no one could be bothered to show! I understand that people could be running late and so we waited, and waited, and ended up waiting over half an hour and no one showed up! We were standing outside the office and around 10 minutes after the appointment was to start, I called them and clearly no one was in office, I left a message expressing how we were waiting and we had an appointment. After waiting so long we decided after half an hour that we were just going to leave. They couldn't even be bothered to email or call to let us know on or around the appointment time to let us know that no one would be coming! The best part is, once we finally drove all the way back home we did get a call from some woman that was clearly driving in her car and she asked if we were still waiting, raising her voice and kept asking "are you still waiting, are you still waiting??" To which I expressed my dissapointment at how they couldn't be bothered to tell us and that we just left and decided we no longer needed their services. She tried to tell us that there was no appointment in their system at that time and there was only one at 11 am, to which I explained I have 2 confirmation emails so that can not be true. After this, I will mention the owner also tried to contact me by text saying the same thing-my appointment wasn't in the system and also offered a 50 percent off discount. After all of this messing around I was not interested in wasting any more of my time with them. To this, I emailed proof to the owner with snapshots of the 2 confirmation emails attached, to which he then replied and changed his story as to why someone did not show up!!! That was what took the cake for me. If youre going to lie about why someone couldn't be bothered to show up, atleast get your story straight!!! In all, it would have been nice to be contacted right at the appointment time or closer around it to explain that someone would not be able to make it to our appointment. Instead they had no consideration for their clients and made up excuses as to why they couldn't be there. This place is not run professionally and I would avoid it at all costs if you value your time or have somewhere else to me, they don't care!!!!!!!!

Literally the best Tax Service in town. You may file with other companies but the quality, education, and literally your entitlements are maximized. I've been dealing with Kaled for 3 years now and he's gotten me the most for return. I was late one year for filing due to my past workplace deductions. I followed the steps Kaled provided me for Tax Relief and it absolutely worked. I just got married in 2018 and because of this he educated me on marital income I was entitled to giving me my largest return yet. The service is kind, professional, efficient, and very convenient. Very reasonable price considering I was 4 years late on my taxes and had missing documents that he needed to locate for me. I brought it in and Amer was able to correct my mistakes and allowed me to regain the lost income. Definitely recommend having your returns checked by a professional if you are a new parent. Booked an appointment a week ago to come at 10am today (March 28th,2021) office was closed no one was there. My girlfriend and I waited out front for half an hour, emailed and called the office to no response, until we finally arrived home which we received a phone call saying they're was no appointment booked for 10am.. meanwhile we got a confirmation email as well as a reminder email yesterday... Completely unprofessional.. nothing beats getting yelled at on the phone as well(woman who called was driving into work late obviously, talking in the car, kept asking if we're still out front which we weren't as we left)
