Did my taxes here last year, and found it to be very disappointing. We did not get a chance to sit down and discuss questions/go over our returns with an accountant. Also, after filing with a new place this year- it would have been helpful as we were not given proper info as to what specific info we needed for this year. Waste of money

Graham and Associates has been filing my taxes since I was old enough to file them. They have always done an amazing job with regards to ensuring I get the most out of my tax return, and making sure that my taxes are filed accurately. When I moved into Freelancing they provided me a handy guide to explain all the things I could write off, and things I had to make sure I filed correctly. I know working with them both my business and my personal are done right.

I've dealt with Graham and Associates for a couple of years now. They met and exceeded all of my expectations. They handled all of my deceased mother's tax filings flawlessly and I had the CRA Clearance Certificate in less than a year. My wife and I had done our taxes two years ago with a company that went under and got taken over by a different accounting firm the year after so we had to start all over again with the take over company and answer entirely too many repeated questions and They took us for too many trips around the block. I came to Wendy at graham and associates and brought her the limited tax package the previous accountants had given us and within minutes she found that both years were done incorrectly and found us thousands of dollars in returns that the government owed us. This firm is full of rock stars and should be your first choice, especially if you’ve got investment properties like us.

I would look somewhere else if you are looking to file your taxes. The accountants are quite friendly and helped me identify some tax savings. Unfortunately, they filed my taxes wrong. I have now had to continuous contact with the CRA fighting for my refund that should have not been an issue. It is now close to a year later and I'm still dealing with the problems that Graham and Associates has caused me. It has resulted in a huge time sink and the CRA keeps requesting more money. Go somewhere that will actually do their job.
