This is not a review for the company, im doing this so they can improve thier reception desk. I called because i had a car accident and the receptionist Marsha cant even spell my last name and she shouted me over the phone that irrites me. She very rude, its maybe because of my accent. If she had a bad day she should not brought it to work, because she doesnt know what our day feels like. May i suggest to look for someone who is better in customer service.

I called this office in February 2021 to get a form signed by a Commissioner of Oath required before going to the Courthouse. I was initially happy because they picked up the phone during Covid 19 and agreed to see me on the same day. Once at the office, I explained my situation to Shantale and showed her the form. She seems unfamiliar with it and asked for clarification to someone else. She came back telling me she could sign the form but could not give me legal advice unless I would pay extra fees. I told her I was unfamiliar with the process and asked her if I needed legal advice and that I was willing to pay. She did not respond and signed the form and charged the fees to sign the form. Once at the Courhouse, I was told that this was the wrong form and that I should not have paid for this. So I am very disappointed that this lawyer office could not guide me and tell me I was wasting my time and money.
