We hired Karen as our real estate lawyer and she took care of all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We had to leave the province before our house was sold and she was proactive in ensuring we left certain documents with her rather than waiting until they were needed (and possibly packed or lost). That was a blessing because our cross-country move during COVID was chaotic, Karen made sure her part was calm. She explained the processes and was available for Zoom calls when convenient for us, despite the time difference. I wish it was possible for us to use her in buying our new home!
