Went for a consulting cost $280.00 to hear that this lawyer has no clue what she was doing ( Jacqleine T).Offered no help and had no idea of what she was taking about. Still had the nerve to charge for 20 min of nothing. Unless you have money to throw away. I would not recommend this outfit.BAD BUSINESS.

So far we are very pleased with our young new lawyer. She is professional, respectful, knowledgeable and does not "mud sling". She gets things done in a timely manner, returns all calls and emails. We are quite certain that when or if the time comes for her to bite, she will do so, but again, professionally. We highly recommend this young lady to anyone who has a civil litigation issue. My lawyer from HSJ was nice enough but I’ve spent what to me is a lot of money and in doing so never got ANY justice. I feel in part because I’m not a “high value” client, my file was never handled in a timely manner, things were almost always disseminated very late to me or not at all. I asked my lawyer to please treat my situation as if it was her life, like she actually cared. I think it offended her, or her assistant and things slowed down. I do not feel as though they were working for my benefit and I paid my last statement only to get another... for what, I’m unsure. After spending so much on such uninterested and slow service I’m feeling bitter and less than inclined to pay them any faster than they worked for me.

MR JENKINS SR IS A SCUMBAG CROOK! These muppets are crooks and useless. Particularly Mr David Jenkins Sr., but his son mr. David Jenkins Jr i'snt much better! I paid $2000 for Mr. Jenkins Sr to help me with DUI charges. I chose to pay an extra $500 for Mr. Jenkins Sr to help instead of his son, David Jenkins Jr, who would've charged $1500. But in the weeks leading to my court date I was never able to speak to or meet with this Mr. Jenkins Sr... he was either in a meeting or busy. I had no idea what was going on with my case or $2k and my court date was quickly approaching. I called him the week before my court date, only to be told he was on holiday and his son would be representing me. So why did I pay the extra $500 i thought to myself? ...for a lawyer I had never met or spoken with and who was on holiday for my court date!!!!!! I went to their office and spoke with Mr. Jenkins JR. He had no knowledge of me or my case but said he would be representing me on my court date. I asked why I was paying an extra $500 if Mr. Jenkins Sr was on holiday and his lower-priced son would be representing me. He shrugged. I asked for a refund, as I was clearly not getting what I paid for. Nope. I ended up hiring an even better lawyer from Vancouver, who was willing to fly to Prince George for the day to represent me! Damn good criminal lawyers in Vancouver and they are willing to travel. He only charged me $1500 and made me feel like someone had my back in a very stressful upsetting and alone time in my life.... the Jenkins creeps were incapable of that. BUt i never got my $2000 back from them. So, how was that holiday Mr. Jenkins SR? Cuz you stole it from ME! The universe takes 100 times as much from you when you steal... so dear Jenkins senior, please expect to lose $200000! MR JENKINS SR IS A SCUMBAG CROOK!
