We purchased a small parcel of land in early fall of 2017. Upon making the total payment wired to the Ramsay Law Firm, an minor mixup from our bank had not noticed we had made a prior 1000$ deposit on the property! So now Ramsay Law had an additional 1000$ to reimburse us. "No biggy", as Ramsay Law stated they would send the "legal documents" and a cheque of 1000$ by the mail. We live in another province. After many emails and several phone calls, we have still NOT received anything. We were even told that the docs and cheque were sent in January...but we never have received anything. They responded that they would re-send docs and check...still "nada!". Today is March 21st, 2018! Left a voicemail message yesterday, and emailed them this morning.
