I retained lotus paralegal for a tenant screening service. I own many properties and recently have had some bad tenants. Jessica was professional and very accessible. She was always available for questions or concerns. I also retained her for a N4 application, she was able to handle the matter for me perfectly. I have had bad experiences before with paralegals who are never available, this was not the case here. Jessica went above and beyond for me and I will be using her for any future services I need.

I contacted Ms Travers, in regards to a landlord and tenant issue; my relationship with my landlord wasn't great as they didn't follow the fundamentals/rules of the landlord and tenant regulations. I was presented with a N12 form and I couldn't come to a solution. Ms travers helped me by listening, and understanding to what I was going through and informed me of my options. Her professionalism and persistence gave me security, and comforted me throughout the process. In advocating on my behalf she made me knowledgeable, in landlord and tenet rights and we were able to come to a solution, resulting in the successful dismissal of the application. Poor communication, lack of details, vague responses, and lack of professionalism. Refuses to answer any questions in regards to renovictions for the client they represent in writing and 24 hour notices of entry are lacking company letter head with signature and name of issuer. If you are a shady landlord, this would be a good place for you, if you're a decent human being on the other hand, I would avoid like the plague.

Reached out to the agent with very specific questions over email and requested all communication be in writing. All I had heard back was a vague&generic email giving notice of entrance/inspection. We are encouraged us to reach out to her if we have any questions or for support. I have since heard back, but the first impression left a lot to be desired.

Scam artists working with Bridgeway Recovery Systems. I was contacted by Jessica recently to be threatened with arrears I do not owe. The documents sent to me as “proof” were full of fabricated information. I attempted to respond to the email but it appears to be a dead end as Microsoft was unable to deliver the message. Simply put this is not the language used by a professional doing their job correctly. I look forward to watching them backpedal out of this.

Then after we left, the Landlord refused to pay us the compensation we were entitled to, Jessica came in and saved the day!!
