Friendly, thorough folks. Bruce takes the time to talk to you, explain everything and make sure you understand what is going on and what you are agreeing to. He tries to be very thorough and let you know what all your options are so you can make informed decisions. He will also provide you with his recommendations and explains to you why he recommends what he does but let's you make your own decisions that work best for you. Highly recommend these folks.
