My experience with John Hillman has not been good. July 2018 he represented me for the sale of my house. I am not a Canadian Citizen, so Mr Hillman was required by law to with hold and escrow 25% of the proceeds of the sale, over $10,000. He then was supposed to file paperwork with Revenue Canada, pay my Capitol gains tax from the escrowed monies and release the balance of the escrowed monies to me. Mr Hillman won’t respond to my inquiries. I have no idea Of the whereabouts of my $10,000. Nor do I believe Mr Hillman has any intention of returning my money. BEWARE!
