Very unprofessional for a business that thrives on urgency, did not do business as after a few email exchanges I was told I would be contacted the next week for an appointment. When I finally reached out to them about our appointment it was only then they advised about a conflict and could not represent wasting valuable time I could have been working with another firm .

After spending about 10 minutes with the lawyer, we left and stopped at the receptionist to pay the bill. She waved us on saying it was free! I needed a document to be notarized for my education admission purposes and they did for free ... twice. They were very professional looking, I only had to wait a couple of minutes given that I arrived early and their office was in really good shape plus good location.

They didn't ever get back to me, despite calling and leaving a message with the receptionist 3 times in 2 months. When I finally got ahold of someone, they e-mailed me back saying they weren't going to help me, so I e-mailed back and asked why, but a month later I still haven't received a response. After that I called another firm, they got back to me within 24 hours, and I was booked to speak with someone in person 4 days later. Don't waste your time with this firm, they don't care about their customers.

Had a very bad experience with Joel Wonnacott. I found him to lack integrity, experience, and court presence. I would highly advise anyone seeking legal representation to look elsewhere. There are far better lawyers on the island at the same hourly rate. Were there an option for a zero star review, I would have opted to post that in place of this one star review.
