Mr. Hill has not been very helpful at any point, from closing to post closing complications. He seems very unwilling to help with issues and doesn't have answers or post sale support. For example, we got carbon monoxide poisoning form the furnace in the home we bought and he could not offer support to for going after the seller as a latent defect, problems with road maintenance etc. he is unwilling to contact the Township that sent him documents saying the road is maintained by them. I would not recommend.

We've had multiple property transactions over the last 15 years and always used this law firm. Jack was a sharp and intuitive lawyer and our visits to his office were a pleasure. Since he passed and Nick took over the reigns the quality and professional service has remained and we sold and bought more properties. Bonnie and the administrative staff back up the legal side with their friendly and knowledgeable help. Now we live in Huntsville but would still travel back to Peterborough for legal services if required. Highly recommended.
