I must say it is not common to receive the personable service that Capital authentication provided us with. We have been in the process of applying for a Spanish travel visa. The embassy for Spain is located in Ottawa so being from NS this has been quite the headache. Most importantly pricing was transparent & affordable & you are able to choose the time you need the documents and pay more or less for faster or slower depending on the urgency which is useful. I contacted quite a few companies before choosing this company and found the industry seems to lack transparency. Usually price quotes were vague and not including some costs in their quotes or in some cases they took the chance to overcharge in certain things. (for example 85 dollars to send back the documents by courier or only the option of express service at outrageous prices). However, this company charged reasonable prices and the price to value ratio is very good. Highly recommended.

I needed my birth certificate authenticated and Capital was so helpful in showing me how it was a 2 step process. They physically brought my birth certificate to Global affairs , picked it up and then brought it to the Philippine Embassy for the red seal to have it legalized.Now my birth certificate can be accepted in the Philippine courts. I recently sold a property in Hawaii and because of travel restrictions was unable to attend the closing. The documents had to be notarized in Canada first, then sent to the Department of Global Affairs and then to the US Embassy for their notarization. I'm sorry there no 6 or 7 stars to review this company, because that's the minimum they deserve. The service provided by Michael and his team was absolutely amazing, faster than what I expected and more economical than other companies. I had to certificate a very important document with Global Affairs, but I needed it urgently, so I had to start researching about how to do it in record time. I came across a few companies but I was not sure it was even legal. After a phone call with the owner of the company he reassured me and I sent the documentation. I have the document back with me and it even came back before the normal time, since they've upgraded the service to a 24h delay instead of 48 as I had requested. In times like these is not easy to find such good service. I've recommended the company to the Consulate where I need to send my documentation to help anyone in my position in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommended them to anyone in need of this service.
