An error made by Erin during our real estate transaction ended up costing us thousands of dollars and we almost could not close on the house we were purchasing. Erin would not take any responsibility for the error.

Last year we purchased a new townhouse, and Erin Watson was our lawyer. After closing we soon discovered that none of the utility bills had been paid by the builder for the period before we took ownership.We also did not receive a survey that the builder was going to provide on closing. Twice I took supporting documents for unpaid utilities to the law office and twice I phoned the office about my concerns.All requests were ignored.No phone call, no email,nothing was ever done to help us resolve these issues.What a way to treat a loyal customer for over 20 years!!!

Attention Mortgage Brokers. Do not send your business to Erin Watson. Apparently she does not like Mortgage Brokers. She will criticize you to the clients. Get a different lawyer, one that appreciates the business.
