Great guy, excellent and very accommodating. Vinh is an excellent individual, if you get a chance to get to know him. I would very much recommend him to anyone needing anything pertain to legal matters. A self made professional lawyer that looks after everyone, he'll go to your place if need be or simply meet anywhere convenient. He helped is a lot and learned new things about immigration.

I’m very happy to have found Vinh. I was able to get my documents notarized at 8 p.m. within 30 minutes of contacting him. He spent time talking to me about my documents and my other needs and the fees at the end were extremely reasonable. You’re not going to find a better price/service ratio in the City. Please save yourself trouble and read his website thoroughly to understand what he expects from his clients. I’m a sole practitioner myself and I totally get Vinh’s no-nonsense rules for clients. In person he is polite and professional. I plan on using Vinh again in the near future.

My fiancé and I met with him earlier today to notarize a document and it went by smoothly and efficiently. Do not get thrown off by his policies and rules pre appointment as these are basic and should be rules that we all follow throughout our every day lives, ie: be efficient, respect someone's time, communicate, be understanding to the person whos services that you are seeking out, and come prepared. If you don't have any of those qualities then this man is not for you, and therefore you should go elsewhere. He comes prepared and does his job smoothly and he's very professional. I will recommend him to anyone that I know who is in need of the services in which he offers, and I will go back again if I require his services. Thank you for the excellent service that you provided to us!

The Gentleman is above and Beyond!!!! I needed a paper stamped. It was pretty much short notice. Sent a message and responded in seconds. Following distant COVID rules as he stated he works with at higher risk people. From first contact to paper received was about 20 minutes. Nothing beats service such as his!! Thanks so Much!!

First time 2 years ago was good. Second time this week, getting him to sign an original doc to his mailbox was like pulling teeth. Even at $50 for 2 docs. Covid isnt going anywhere and wont live on a piece of paper. Madness. Didnt end up using the second time. Edit: it doesn’t show anywhere on the site he suspended services, it says no ‘NEW’ clients.
