UNPROFESSIONAL. At first, Robynn Pavia was helpful by answering my questions. Nevertheless, she postponed the delivery of my personal and business taxes twice, then stopped answering my emails or calls trying to have updates about it. I even had to go to her office! After a month and a half of waiting I had to bring my taxes elsewhere. Until today she still never answered me back so I can get my personal information back. I don't recommend her services, since I've been impacted by not receiving my taxes return on time. I only put 1 star because I had no other choices in order to share this review. The worst service ever.
