I was involved in an MVA, and hired Lenehan Musgrave LLP as the firm to represent my claim. The lawyer who initially took on my claim left the firm, and although I initially had concerns with the change of council, Lenehan Musgrave handled the change professionally and placed me in the best of hands. Daniel Wood took over my claim, and represented me to the best of his ability. He responded to all communications in a timely manner, he took over the process of dealing with the insurance company on my behalf (saving me significant time and stress!), he was professional, empathetic, and understanding. He went above and beyond and truly advocated for me. I couldn’t have asked for better representation than Daniel, and although at the time I signed onto the firm it wasn’t under Daniel’s council, I’m thankful he was the one to handle my claim. Accident and Injury lawyers are the last people you want to have to meet, but if you’re in a situation where you need one, I can’t speak highly enough of Lenehan & Musgrave, and Daniel Wood.
