I used this business as an option to resolve issues between my ex and I. Mediation is not for everyone, however the use of it - provided the lawyer is able to keep conversations on track can be very beneficial, from what I've been told. The first session was great I was optimistic about the process and I really felt it could work for us, the second session - not so much. The lawyer was very unorganized and we sat in the office for a long period of time while she shuffled through papers trying to make sense out of documents. I thought this should have been completed prior to. As the clock ran our money was with it. I found Barbara to be overly condescending calling me "honey..." when she tried to reference a point. I would not recommend nor will I ever return. However, the assistant was very friendly, approachable and easy to deal with.
