It was great at the beginning, nice service and evaluation for my immigration. But after paying the deposit, Ethan just disappeared. No replying emails, nor answering phone calls. I even made a few phone calls to his office and the receptionist said he would call me back, but never did. Even he would need to charge extra for answering my following question or whatever, at least write back to explain. Not just ghosting, it's not a dating app!
