Asked lawyer to dig into easement/right of way issues. Wasn't satisfied about the amount of work put into it at the time, but they know more about Law than I do. Was told one thing, and another thing happened. Unimpressed. Won't use again on my next house. If you have easement/right of way issues on a potential house purchase don't use these folks, you'll be left out in the cold on your own.
