First of all, I would like to thank you for your business and help to complete my deficient document. The reason I couldn't complete it was not to write incorrect answers to wrong blanks. You have taught me how to behave at the court. However, I disagree with your thoughts regarding Middle East people and your judgement about me. Firstly, I am a medical doctor who graduated from Turkey and I am a political refugee in Canada as a person who lost everything and has a physical disability. Despite everything, I never give up and I am studying at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and I am gonna become a naturopath next year. Additionally, I learn English after my fourties. So, the reason I explain all things is I am a very good listener in Turkey and in Canada due to my job. However, the problem that prevents me to understand your questions is not knowing English well and the fear to ask a repetition of questions, unfortunately, due to our Middle East education system. So, as you mentioned about your mother, instead of thinking about listening problems, you can consider that she may be unable to ask questions or to say she doesn’t understand, at least it is like that for me. As a professional life coach, my observation is not to judge people before knowing about their stories. Thank you for your free advice today. I keep them in my mind during the court procedure. Really easy and straight-forward process. I got what I needed done in a timely manner. The individual I worked with was friendly, professional, and called me prior to as well as after my appointment for follow up. The reason I’m rating a 4 out of 5 stars is that the individual I worked with did not wear a mask, and during my appointment required to see my face without a mask for a few seconds to verify my identification in a small office space. This felt uncomfortable with the current pandemic situation. My appointment was recent in January 2021. Other than this, I would go back here in the future.
