Hello my dear friends, I live in North Vancouver and after immigration always I have done various notary public issues in this office. My last experience was related to do some crucial subject that it required an urgent measure. Here, I really really appreciate Mrs.Zara who works in this office and she saved me. Mr. Kamoosi has provided us a few services over time. He is generally too busy and short staffed and sometimes unorganized. The last time, he forgot or missed registering a Power of Attorney online for us and after 3 times calling him and talking to him to fix it, he said he is too busy and can't do it. We had to pay the full amount to another lawyer to redo the POA in order to get it registered. If it wasn't because of the past services, I'd have give him a lower rate review!

The worst service ever. If you need Farsi speaker notary, there are lots of options in North Vancouver. These people are not professional, they made a mistake on one of my documents and I’m still dealing with! Do not trust good reviews here, probably they’re friends or family. I bought a property and after that I had to follow up constantly to get the job done. Zero customer service. These people just cared about money and all the time the made excuses that we are busy, we forgot to do this, to call you, to follow up. They messed up and they just ignored me.

Due to my work situation, I could only sign my mortgage documents during the holiday's break. Hossien was very accommodating in meeting with me, when other notary's were all close. Also the bank made an error in regards to the payment, Hossien did extensive follow ups to fix the problem, provided that I was out of town. Notary staff are also very professional. I highly recommend this Notary.

As others have mentioned, worst service ever. We only needed one document out of a big stack of papers notarized as directed by the equity title company, but he insisted on notarizing the entire document which had 11 signatures and since 2 person needed signing it would've costed $700+. The equity title even warned us about telling the notary to not to notarize everything and if they insisted we had to, then it's a sign they're ripping us off. And that's exactly what this guy was trying to do. Called him out that he was a scam and he got very defensive and told us to leave. So we left, and within an hour, we found another notary that did what we needed to do for $80. So, kinda shows that either this guy didn't know what he was doing or he wanted to earn a quick buck. Either way, if you're coming here, just be alert. The one star is that he only charges $25 a signature, cheapest we've found around the north shore.

Do not do business with this notary, they are a total scam. I am one of the sellers and they owe us money after the contract was finalized. After numerous attempts of trying to contact Kamoosi Hossein he just simply ignore us. I am just thankful the amount is not significant enough for me to pursuit legal actions. That being said, if you don't want to be scammed stay AWAY from this business.

I was there recently, very poor costumer service by both the secretary and the owner, extremely rude & unprofessional, I'm wondering how those who go there can put up with this, very slow in their work, they make lots of mistakes on the documents, I'll never ever go back there, such a waste of time and disgrace for this field of business as well as for their community .

I called to enquire about invitation letter. I asked the guy who picked up the phone how likely is it to get a visa with an invitation letter. And he replied. "Well obviously it's not guaranteed visa", I found that reply condescending. It's not obviousl to everyone what the Iranian rules are, that's why there is ppl like you for us to ask. I deff won't be going there. Nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there. Wasn't impressed by the quality of customer service.
