found to be expensive. i advise to shop around before committing as lawyers collaborate with real estate agents and maybe the price will not necessarily be the best... you can see for yourself as few reviewers here, are real estate agents also slow to unresponsive after transaction has completed and you still need some documents. after a few communication attempts i still have no answer or documents... that is not professional at all considering i paid and overpriced fee. *i have compared prices with similar places around north bay, 1 - 2 hours drive which is worth it if you save hundreds of dollars. i'm not sure how professional those people are but at least they could be cheaper
