main number REFUSED to connect me with St John's location, stating they were a private location and i wasn't allowed access. They are holding a package that was sent 2 day shipping and refuse to hand it over told me to come back tomorrow because they want to go out an party at an unofficial holiday...FEDEX sucks, communication is bad and they gladly took money for a service that they knew they wouldn't provide, find a different shipping company!

Ive bought between 3 and 4000 dollars worth of parts the last 2 months all to the same exact adress and i pay more on shipping simply to get my parts earlier but some how fed ex managed to mess up my delivery for the last week even though its already considered late. Apparently they didnt know where my location was so it sat at the facility a day there then despite all the deliverys made recently an in past on top of not knowing they sent out the part to a random place as it was then realized that was wrong finally got it back to the storage facility a day later and now here i am still waiting on delivery which wont be till tomorrow all i can say is i hope they dont mess it up again tomorrow and i hope they get better at their job cause i paid for fast shipping so far money is completely wasted on that. customer service was great but thats it. Ill avoid fedEX at all costs from now on 0 out of 5 stars on shipping.

I will never use FedEx again. Going forward I will only use DSL for any international shipments. There managed to loose my package containing my passport and after 5 days of trying to get an answer from them, still no update. Not recommended at all!

All in all I got what was needed to be done. The front staff could have been a bit more helpful. They seemed to expect me to know everything about what needed to be done to ship a package and felt bothered by me not knowing everything. Truthfully, customer service staff deserve the benefit of the doubt, and I don't blame them. Maybe the system needs to be changed? Not sure.

Banks have more convenient hours than this place. I cannot make it to this location before 6pm on weekdays and not open weekends. The only option they gave me was to get it shipped to someone else. Wish I had an option to give them no stars

Listing says Fedex - sign outside says UPS. No incoming phone number. UPS remote and cluless call centre answers. A complete anti customer experience to be used only in an emergency.

Package sits constantly at the facility for weeks on end. Called each time about it, seeing as I could easily drive the distance to get it myself; they replied that some random person gets it and THEY pass it along at their earliest...which happens to be a week later!? IT'S 4 HRS AWAY FROM ME. I didn't choose FedEx, it was what my package was shipped with, wouldn't give us a number to contact for someone to actually help... So as it stands, someone random has my package, each time and will hand it over to me when they feel like it. There wasn't a follow-up. They just argued and said I should've picked another carrier and Canadapost would take longer. NO IT DOESN'T. I've never had Canadapost take longer than FedEx and I can't believe someone who works for this company would really turn away people LOL. It says a lot about the carrier. If you get a notice saying it's in your area, be prepared to wait over a week for it to actually arrive to your house.

Same experience as another person. Parcel sitting in st. John's for days on end unable to get a hold of anyone at local location. It took only one day for it to come from Hong Kong and then spent four days sitting in st. John's way to go FedEx... Will not choose this carrier in the future if I have a choice.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The WORST delivery service to deal with, hours are terrible, impossible to get talking to an actual person. I wish I had the option to never deal with FedEx again.

Giving a 1 star because no stars isn't a option. I'll make this short, I went there yesterday afternoon to deliver 2 things to Quebec and the lady who was serving me was being difficult about the first address so I said it was fine I'll go to Canada post with that one just do the other one. I was on the phone, her and the other girl working were ease dropping on my conversation. She turned into a complete child and gave me back the other package I was trying to send out and told me to take them both to Canada post and she stormed off in a back room like a child. I told the other girl to just get a manager or someone who knows what they're doing. She obviously refused because they were in the wrong . Bunch of clowns working here, I've literally seen 2 year old's more mature than that. I wouldn't recommend going here and giving them one star is being nice. Oh and Canada post did both packages with no problems .

today i received my package the tamper tape was broken and the package was re taped with packing tape and there was nothing inside on the shipping label it was weighed at 33lbs and all i received was a tampered box stuffed with air packs..... not good enough now i have to wait for an investigation and im out 250$ as of right now

I deal with FedEx on a regular basis with work and it is great, I have even had a few things personally come to me from them, however, trying to call them to talk to a person who can actually help you is next to impossible. A little customer service for call in purposes would be a great idea.

Somehow this crowd struggles with their ONE job. Deliver the package to the address on the label. Somehow, the genius they had for a driver managed to deliver our package 15 civic addresses in the difference. It was by pure chance that the owner of the doorstep our package was dropped off on (yes, just left on the doorstep) happened to be friends with our neighbor and reached out to her. If "delivery" means "we'll drop it off whereever and you can figure it out yourself", they should at least warn you upfront.
