Was really surprised by their poor and unprofessional behavior; I would like to give the benefit of doubt and say this was only because of the pandemic side-effect, but, honestly I was totally disappointed. I went there and said what kind of document I need to be certified clearly, and the secretary started asking couple of questions as if she doubt what I meant to say, then walked to the guy office to check with him, and came back after a short discuss with him and rejected to help me because simply "he had to leave"!!!, yet it was around 10 am and she could say no in the beginning if they were really busy. I can jump to a lot of conclusions based on her questions and behavior, but I'd rather not. I tried four other Notary offices in the vicinity and they were respectful and agreeably clear about what they could or could not do for me, i.e, they either said they were busy and asked me to book a time with them or offered to do the job right away without questioning my purposes. So, in summary, I do not recommend this "well-known" Gracey Garry I and his "lovely" team to anyone! ps. what I wanted to certify is claimed as one of their services in their website.
