Be aware, Not welcomed, you will be asked to obey the Notary for all you need a simple notarization. Horrible staff must be noticed too.

Short: Reasonable Priced. Great service. Highly recommended! Long: I was recently a client of Chad for a business transaction. Throughout the transaction the communication from Chad was flawless. He is easy to get to and replies e-mails and call backs in a very reasonable time. I particularly loves that he CC's some of the e-mails that he sends out so I can fully understand the exact wordings exchanged to have a full understanding of the situation. On some of the issues that surfaced, Chad had given me some sound advice. Overall a great notary to work with and highly recommended. Look forward to working again for future cases.
