Needed a title search and lawyer services to buy some land. They got the job done, it just took much longer than I expected. They really need to work on their communication with clients. I was constantly emailing them every week for an update, took about a month and 3 phone calls to have someone answer. Two months later I'm still waiting on final invoicing and for them to send me the reports, haven't gotten a reply to my emails.

This was by fair the worst group of people I have ever dealt with. I was told to pay the retainer fee, which I did then went a month and a half without getting a response, they refused to return calls, answer emails, would never answer their phone when i called. I had to write an email asking if were still my lawyer..When they finally reached out stating they were still in fact representing me they used every cent plus some on charges that were never even discussed nor did they do any work on my file! Also they charged me hundreds for "voicemail messages" they supposedly left which I never did receive. The ladies responce was "you should contact your cell phone provider" I did offer to show all call.history stating I never did get it and she said the bill is what it is... This firm should have their licence stripped and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. I could give a -5 rating I would.. I would never recommend this Law Firm. If you want to pay thousands of dollers to not get results, then this is the firm for you! Shame on you Mosher Chedore Law firm.

Receptionist was rude ,short with me also Quick to correct my speech by not properly addressing the lawyers name. Also rude when asked a question. Was there to pick up an inheritance cheque ,then dismissed and told there is no cheque for you without an explanation. My lawyers office is friendly and compassionate. Lawyer apologized but didn't mean it.
