This law firm is very expensive based on previous experience selling a home and asking close friends about their transactions. We acknowledged that there were a few small bumps in the road however the firm charged us almost double as originally discussed. The original quote was between $600-800... they charged us almost $1300.

Fred seems nice but I became quite irritated with his service after the sale of my house was delayed and he was unable to pay me my money on the second closing date. This wouldn't be so bad if my bank wasn't next door to his office. All he had to do was walk next door. Everyone else (including him) were all paid besides me on the day of closing. Then I had to contact him to make sure I was getting my money. He only added more stress to an already stressful process. I will not use his services again!

We went to Fred through a recommendation from our mortgage broker, we just bought our first home and were very nervous (and excited) about the whole next and new chapter of our lives. Please consider Fernanadez law as your first stop for a lawyer, especially for real estate! Fred and his team were instrumental in making sure everything went smooth when i purchased my place. When I went to sell as I had to move for work, Fred and his team made sure the sale went through. Due to buyer issues, this was the hardest most complicated deal for purchasing or selling I have ever been through and I had to buy a house in the US without credit history. Fred and his team are amazing and will look after you through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about them all!
