I'm going to start this review by first telling anyone that reads it to NEVER give their business to this law firm, especially military members like myself. I accepted an offer on my home and retained this lawyer in April 2018. When I came in to give them my birth certificate they couldn't find my file. No problem, they will put the info in there later. In June I came by with a receipt for cleaning my air exchanger and still they couldn't find my file. They assured me if they needed anything they would call. My closing was on a Monday. On the Thursday prior I stopped by and they dismissed me quickly, saying they didn't know where my file was but that they would "probably" contact me Friday for my appointment. At 2pm on Friday I called them, and they laughed at me when I showed concern that at no point had they found my file because of course they had one. They said they would call me about an appointment later and I very specifically asked if it would be that day, they said yes. They did not call. On Sunday they called, laughed about the fact that they realized they forgot to call me and then booked me an appointment. My house did not close on Monday, they claimed the bank didn't send the information. My buyers freaked out and almost backed out. The secretary or what ever she is told my realtor on my closing date she had the paperwork and would finish everything the next day, which by the way ISNT MY CLOSING DAY, then has the nerve to tell me the next day she never claimed to have my paperwork. When I finally got everything settled with the bank I learned a few things. 1, the process to get the paperwork from the bank is very simple and all they had to do was call. 2, they never put a request in in the first place for the paperwork. And, my personal favorite, 3, they could have closed without that paperwork. This lawyer almost lost me the sale of my house because he, and especially his 2 front desk workers, are incompetent.
