We have stayed at BW in Grand Falls several times in the past 2 years...I have an elderly mother there who I visit as much as I can, we have also had to visit family members in the local hospitals and in addition to that we had 2 funerals to attend. Chantelle has always been kind and sympathetic to our needs and made our stay comfortable and rejuvenating. That service doesn't go unnoticed! I hope she is recognized as the great employee that she is.

Awesome facility, location, facility and services. Will highly recommend. Ran into car trouble that could have delayed us. Hotel management very accommodative to extend stay in the event that same would have been required knowing that they were busy. Restaurant only offers bar snack food at night, but good. The type of food you want to order extra of so that you can have munchies on the road the next day, affordable selections - wise decision. Breakfast is to die for and variety is truly great. Rooms are classic "old" (if you like that sort of thing) but very nice and very classy. Highly recommend this BW hotel, right next to the Trans Canada highway.

Great check in ...friendly respectful front desk staff...very clean room...comfortable bed.... quite night.......express check out and wonderful breakfast staff and food...what more could one ask for!
