We contacted Jason at 1130 today, having learned that our appt with another Notary tomorrow was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. After explaining the situation, Jason made time for us to be seen this afternoon for my mother to complete her Power of Attorney and Enhanced Authority for Health and Personal Care. We met this afternoon to complete both documents. He was personable, professional and very accommodating. So very appreciated since I live out of town and could not be present for the rescheduled appt. Would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a Notary.

While on the phone trying to choose a notary to process a mortgage transaction Tina appeared to be very knowledgeable and pro active, however the reality was very much the opposite. A simple mortgage transaction that should have been processed the same day has now been dragged out to two weeks and she appears to not even know how to complete one simple payout and close.

Jason Zhang is a hard working professional. We had to get a mortgage done for a condo we bought in Nanaimo while we were still living in Nova Scotia. It came to the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. We contacted Jason with only a few days to closing. Jason pulled it off by working long hours for us. The final outcome could not have been better and he even found money due to us that he sent a month later. I cannot say enough good about Mr Zhang. He is honest and hard working. I would give him more stars if I could.

I cannot recommend Jason Zhang enough! I am a Realtor and recently had a client with a very tight closing. All notaries and lawyers were unable to take it on and even though Jason was extremely busy and very pressed for time, he was able to accommodate us and have it completed on time, I was amazed! I'm with the lady who said she would like to give negative or zero stars. Extremely rude woman and not very professional in my opinion. Misread a form and tried to give my 93 year old stepmother incorrect advice based on the misreading of the form and just generally made what should have been a quick and easy transaction into an entire dog's breakfast......and upset my somewhat fragile stepmother into the bargain. Will never go to this person again for anything!

if I could give this woman 0 stars or negative 6 stars I would. This woman was rude and horrible to work with. She was wearing her sun glasses the whole time and was very impatient with me. She practically scolded me for asking questions about my documents. I left and realized 10 minutes later that I needed another document signed and she wanted to charge me full price for the 2nd signature! I decided she didn't deserve me money and to go elsewhere because of how awful she was.

I need to say it's so unfair to Jason that all the low stars are not for him, but for the previous business owner. Jason saved our day. We were declined by another notary for the reason of limited time, after he had wasted us four or five days doing nothing without letting us know, so we went to seek Jason's help at the last day before the due date of our mortgage application. Jason and the whole office rushed into the work immediately, and helped us with achieving the insurance in one day, when there is no company issue new home insurance for the wild fire. We finished the whole transaction in two days, smoothly, while the previous notary we used said he needs two weeks at least. We cannot say enough thank you and good jobs to Jason!
