Easy to see right off of O Street servicing Georgetown and the adjoining areas of Washington DC. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Long history of Tradition, Education, and Religious Studies. Our information lecture started late and was moved to a different room upstairs. Our tour guide said "Like" and "Uhm" over and over again. Parking is free if you're taking a tour. Give it a try and you decide.

I fulfilled a lifelong ambition when I came to Georgetown to see where The Exorcist was filmed. I particularly wanted to throw my self down the stairs that featured in the finale. Obviously that could cause terrible damage, so I through a soft toy down instead. See photos. Its a brilliant beautiful neighbourhood. Well worth a visit.

We took the prospective student tour and were very impressed. The senior who lead our tour was very well-spoken and told us a good deal about the curriculum, housing, clubs, sports, Greek life, and almost anything we could think of. We ended the tour near the bookstore, which was nice, as we then picked up some branded items. The tour was very helpful, and we definitely recommend taking it if you have anyone who's considering Georgetown.

Georgetown has a beautiful campus, a very nice shuttle system, and lots of history and culture ingrained in the atmosphere. Located close to the waterfront, and close to various shopping and dining options. Would highly recommend a visit (especially for aspiring college students)!

I try to generally look for positives but my experience here was hardly that. Very dirty, run down campus. Was put in Darnall Hall for a summer camp and it was crawling with mice, roaches, and ants. Most rooms did not have working air conditioning either and I had to buy a fan because facilities refused to come and fix them and the dorms were unlivable otherwise. Parking was insanely expensive for non-students. Darnall and half of the other buildings and parking garages were in complete need of overhaul and one step away from falling apart. According to my coworkers who have been here before, these problems have persisted for years and nothing is ever fixed. If coming on a tour I advise asking for a more thorough look around than the standard walkabout I see guides presenting. Also be prepared to spend 30-40% more for anything and everything considering you're in the heart of Georgetown and DC. Cannot comment on the academic programs here but I would advise looking elsewhere as a first choice.

I was admitted to MedStar George Washington hospital on 4/22 - 4/26. My stay at this Hospital was OUTSTANDING! From the time I was admitted to the time I left, my stay was Fantastic! The people who took me information to be at admitted were very professional, plight made me feel I was in good hands. The transporters were kind and friendly and excellent teamwork. The people who were incharged of me in the surgery room were also professional, they were caring, assured me that everything would be alright. They took great care of me before my surgery and afterwards. When I was admitted in my room the nurses, the techs, the custodians, the cafeteria workers were all outstanding people doing stay there. All two shifts took excellent care of me. Susie, Tara, Victoria, Tasha, Connor, Charles, I can't remember the other young man but they all gave me excellent care. I loved how they all worked together as a team. They made me feel that I was safe and in great care with them. Each one treated me like a queen. I can't say any thing bad about anyone of them. Wish that all hospitals had workers like these awesome people. With COVID and your love ones not being about to be there with you, they were my adopted family and that's a good feeling to trust people who you don't know personally. That's the kind of warmth and friendliness I got from these diligent worker, Angel's from God. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me while I was in their care. May God bless them all and I wish nothing but great and mighty this happen in their lives!

Edit I was treated at GTU hospital for 3 weeks for a serious respiratory condition. Nurses were caring and helpful. Howerer, there was a surprising indifference in the attitude of GTU doctors. Their visits were rare, brief and formal. Important medical decisions and procedures were delayed for many days. Treatment by Dr. DeKlotz led to hypoxia and made me completely miserable. After leaving GTU I had to go to a different doctor in order to restore my breathing.

We went there for college information session. It was the poorly organized. They were late to begin with. No apology. The admissions staff who presented the info sounded more like a recording machine...You basically could get the information from the website. Nothing new. It was more like a presentation than a genuine communication. She also admitted that during the presentation. We expected a bit more from Georgetown. No doubt it is an excellent university.
