2 stars because we went to Me D'Agostino when my father passed from brain cancer and the experience was wonderful, BUT, absolutely horrible service and UNETHICAL service from Me Vigliotti. We went to her to discuss opening a protective mandate for my grandmother who lives in a CHSLD. She gladly booked an initial appointment and took our money, but we contacted her back when we were ready to begin and she stated she could no longer continue due to a health issue. We asked if this health issue was already present when she originally agreed to take us on and she it did. We asked to be reimbursed as she should have disclosed that she was never going to proceed with the protectorate yet she refused and became extremely aggressive behaving in a manner that was unbecoming of a notary. We would also have gladly accepted to be referred to another notary in their firm or in the area, but she refused stating simply "find another notary". Objectively unprofessional conduct. I also concur with other comment about the firm's secretary. While she is very kind and friendly, she tends to make it more difficult on clients by not understanding what she asks clients for.

I simply called to just ask if I can get information on how I go about speaking to one of the notaries to get advice and the secretary who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional ! She started off by saying she was on lunch break rudely like I was bothering her and then told me to take a hike basically ! Mr D'agostino & Vigliotti ...her behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional ! Shame on you ! Horrrible service . Lastly if your secretary doesn't want to talk to anyone during her lunch break or be disturbed - she shouldn't answer the phone and be rude to people!!! I don't recommend this notary firm at all !!
