Incompetence and rudeness at its finest! My husband called for some information on how it works and what he can do to make an appointment. The “secretary” which I didn’t know lawyer and adviser was in her job description as well kept asking him questions about the full custody he has with his son. She asked him how much money he made and refused to give him an appointment. Wait... it doesn’t stop there! She then proceeded to ask why he has full custody of his child and that he should give the child back to his mother. (yes lady because you know all the details about our case) Please hire more respectful individuals who can keep their biast opinions to themselves. The woman who answered the phone was of Latin origin. I’ll be sure to spread the word. When asked to speak to her superior, she refused.

Je me suis rendu a leur bureau afin qu'un avocat écrit pour moi une lettre de mise en demeure. 4 semaine après mon premier rdv avec un avocat, je n'ai toujours pas de réponse. Finalement je reçois un appelle de l'avocat pour me dire que le bureau n'offre pas ce service. Elle aurait pus me le dire des la première rencontre que ce service n'est pas offert puisque que je lui est clairement dit que j'ai besoin d'une lettre de mise en demeure. 4 semaines de pure niaisage qui aurait pus être mis ailleurs avec une autre firme d'avocat plus compétent.
